Bikes must be returned within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery or in-store purchase.

To qualify for a return:

The bike must be unused, in original condition, and safely repackaged in its original box (if applicable).
All original accessories, manuals, and tags must be included. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.
Bikes that show signs of significant use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

Once the returned bike is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order, We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.
